According to a recent article in the Dublin Solicitors’ Association magazine, the time of 2 years to make a medical negligence claim is too short and leaves much pressure on the solicitor to get the court papers in before time runs out.
The article also noted that medical negligence claims in Ireland are on the increase due to the ban on recruitment in the HSE.
