The High Court returns to Kilkenny next Monday to hear cases involving injury claims. There are two judges coming; Judge De Valera and Judge Hanna.They will sit and hear high value accident claims over a two week period.
Most of the compensation claims involve people from Kilkenny, Carlow, Laois and Waterford. The list of cases has just been published on www.courts.ie
