The High Court comes to Kilkenny at the end of february 2011 for 2 weeks. In fact, it is supposed to sit in Waterford city but due to the modern facilities in Kilkenny Courthouse, the courts service decided to move the trials to kilkenny.. All the cases that will be dealt with during the 2 weeks will be personal injuries claims.
