The writer came upon a road traffic accident in Kilkenny yesterday. Thankfully, nobody was seriously injured. One thing that was of surprise was that those who had arrived on the scene did not alert oncoming traffic of the incident that had taken place.

If you come upon a car accident, quickly survey the scene to assess the need to alert other traffic of the accident. If there are people around, then seek their assistance.
